The best loot zones tend to run the perimeter of the map. We're guessing this is to spread players out a bit.

Mid-tier loot zone

Stick near the center of the map and you'll probably hit a mid-

tier zone with a few exceptions. 

Slum Lakes●

Low-tier loot zones

Avoid Market and Hydro Dam if you can, though they're not bad places to hole up
